Fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A can build up in the body when they're taken daily at high doses. Nothing in this formula does that. If you have a health condition or take medications, see the question above first.
Are there side effects?
The ingredients in Glojo are generally well tolerated. A small number of people experience temporary digestive upset when starting, which typically settles within a week. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with one capsule twice daily instead of two, and always take it with food.
