Dr. Denniston's Proprietary Clear Skin Blend is made of Berberine HCl (from Indian Barberry Root Extract), Oregon Grape Root Powder, Dandelion Root Powder, Beet Root Powder. Other ingredients include Hypromellose (capsule), Organic Rice Hull Concentrate, Rice Flour.

Take 2 capsules twice daily with food on weekdays. Skip on weekends. Continue for 90 days. For sensitive stomachs, start with 1 capsule twice daily and increase to full dose after 1 week.
